Vacord Screen Printing is an independently owned and operated custom apparel printing company that also offers vinyl services located in West Philadelphia and operating since mid 2006.
We provide custom printing on t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, aprons, polo shirts, Alternative and American Apparel brand shirts, and men's, women's and children's shirts in hundreds of different styles. If you need any other items printed, just inquire with us and we will try to fulfill your needs. We do screen printing and vinyl cutting in house and have great relationships with other print providers close to us who can print anything else you need, such as huge banners, trophies, pens, magnets, posters, jackets, windbreakers, mugs, cups, flags, table cloths, etc etc. Just ask and we can do it for you or have it done for you!
As of May, 2009, we expanded into custom vinyl cutting, so that we may produce decals for laptops, doors, windows, or vehicles. We specialize in wall art vinyl decals, which are large scale die cut vinyl stickers, up to 22 inches tall (or more if we use multiple pieces) and 10 or more feet long. We can also use vinyl to make banners and signs. Screen printing is not well-suited for producing just one or a couple of t-shirts, but with vinyl we can now do one-off shirts, which are normally $30 to $40. Need team shirts? Not a problem. We use vinyl to do the names and numbers on the back of team shirts, such as softball shirts, for only a few dollars extra per shirt.

- To get a printing quote from us, you will need to supply:
- Specific type of shirt, garment or other imprintable
- Amount of colors in the artwork and whether it's just front, or front and back, or additional locations like inside collar or sleeve, et cetera
- Amount to be printed (price breaks are generally at 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 100 and 200 pieces)
- Due date
- Showing us your artwork or a mock up helps!
